• Following a Plan-Do-Check-Act systematic approach.
• Establishing and maintaining a documented Health, Safety and Environmental Management System (HSEMS) that will meet international standards.
• Ensuring procedures, processes, programs and guidelines are in place to support the HSE Management System and implementation of the same.
• Providing the necessary support and resources for the implementation of HSE Management System.
• Proactive hazard identification and risks & opportunities assessment of processes and activities, with emphasis on protection of environment.
• Communicating the Company’s HSE Policy and Objectives to all relevant parties.
• Regular evaluation of Management System performance for continual improvement.
• Sustainable use of resources, conservation of material/consumables and implementation of recycling, where applicable.
